We are going through the book of acts for our next sermon series at church so I picked up this book after several recommendations.
Acts by Beverly Roberts Gaventa
A couple of friends recommended this book as it seems to resonate with many people. Its a fiction story about a pastor who goes through a journey of going to church to becoming the church.
So You Don't Want to Go to Church Anymore by Jacobsen and Coleman
This is a great book that I started a while ago but I started school and had a boy and didn't get a chance to finish it. Mo I promise I will give this book back to you one day!
Jesus For President by Shane Claiborne
Andi and I picked this one up to be better parents. Easy read and some really good stuff in it. If you are a parent and have no clue what your doing like me, I would recommend it.
